Shipping & Returns

We ship from the US. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days for domestic shipments.

Free shipping on orders over $40 within the continental US. For orders under $40, we charge a flat rate of $5.00.

We also ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, and Thailand. International rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and typically arrive within 1 to 3 weeks.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Let-Tan mascots are handmade to order. Please allow approximately 3 to 4 weeks for orders that include a Let-Tan mascot. Your entire order will ship together once the mascot is ready.

If you would like your yarn shipped separately (ahead of the mascot), contact us after placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused yarn with the belly band still intact. If you have opened or partially used the yarn, we are unable to accept a return.

To start a return, email support@let-tan.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return label and process your refund within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the item.

Want a different color? We are happy to exchange unopened yarn for a different color. Just email us and we will arrange it. You will only be charged for any shipping difference.

If your yarn arrives damaged or defective, email us with photos and we will send a replacement at no cost. No need to return the defective item.
